About Us

Con Flow Dance is an Orlando-based dance company guiding dancers to excel beyond their limits. We specialize in musicality, movement, and artistic expression in Salsa On2 and Traditional Dominican Bachata with modern dance influence.

Through classes, workshops, bootcamps, and performance teams, dancers of all levels and all ages are invited to grow within a supportive and creative community.

At the center of our work is one belief:

Class Schedule

  • A 4-week course designed to help you build a strong foundation in Traditional Dominican Bachata. Learn timing, basic footwork, rhythm, and partner connection in a structured, progressive format. No partner required! Beginners highly encouraged!

  • A 4-week course designed to build on your foundation in Traditional Dominican Bachata. Expand your footwork, partner connection, and musical awareness while exploring glides, syncopation, smoother transitions and the essence of the dance. No partner required!

    Must successfully complete Traditional Bachata Level 1 to attend.

  • An open-level class designed to help you go beyond counting and start understanding the music.

    Each week focuses on a different instrument, breaking down how it sounds and how to move with it. We start with the basics and build into more complex movement, guiding you through combinations that connect directly to what you hear.

    Develop your timing, musical awareness, and ability to move with confidence.

  • A 4-week, open-level footwork series in the Con Flow style. We start with fundamentals and build into more complex patterns, exploring fun, playful rhythms, and musical connection.

Traditional Bachata Levels 1 & 2

Traditional Bachata cycles are held monthly at Santo Rico Dance Studio.
Registration is handled exclusively through the Santo Rico website.
Con Flow Dance packages and memberships do not apply.

  • A 1-hour private session designed to support your individual goals as a dancer. Each lesson is tailored to your needs, focusing on breaking down technique in a way that fits your body. Ideal for all levels. Packages are available for continued training and development.

  • Custom routines are crafted to reflect your unique style and preferences, ensuring a memorable and seamless performance. Whether you are looking for a romantic wedding dance, a fun and lively sweet 16 routine, or a standout performance for a special occasion, our expert choreographer will make your moment truly unforgettable.

  • A team training experience built to develop strong, confident, and cohesive dancers. Each session is customized to your team’s goals and may include choreography, drills, and detailed coaching. Areas of focus can include stage presence, formations, transitions, technique, musicality, dance etiquette, conditioning, and learning how to fully take up space as a team.

    Offered as a single session or ongoing training.

  • Workshops and performances are available for festivals, congresses, weekenders, and local studios. Workshops are offered in either salsa or bachata, with a focus on energy, engagement, and clear instruction that connects with dancers of all levels. Performance options include solo pieces and Con Flow Dance Team showcases. Packages are flexible and can be tailored to fit your event’s vision and budget.

  • Professional development seminars for dancers and instructors ready to enhance their fundamentals. These trainings are designed to sharpen musical understanding, refine teaching skills, and strengthen overall presence in the classroom.

    Seminars will be offered in tiers, which may include musicality training (ear development, instrumentation, and music theory), instructor development (room engagement, communication, and leadership), and a comprehensive program that integrates drills, team-building exercises, and instructor certification.
